Does A/E perma tombs farming still work?
I'm just starting to get my character to the tombs, and I'm about to purchase EoTN with the hopes that I will be able to farm tombs effectively. Although recently, I saw endless comments on farming videos that say the perma build is nerfed because of a sf nerf (like 33% less damage)... I just want to know if you can still farm tombs with the a/e build (including sliver, ebon standard of honor, etc.) - the build on pvxwiki

A/Me works best. My method allows me to ball up all dryders and banishers and kill them all at the same time. Works better than A/E.

If your intent is to farm the first level, A/Me is far more efficient. I don't know about soloing the whole Tombs, I've only done it as A/E... I imagine the Wurms would be hard with degen from A/Me, and that's coming from a big proponent of the /Me version.

yes thsi still works fine, i find that this A/E build works great, what i do is i run under the bridge on teh right and pull the other dryders then i pull the dryders of the stairs and go towards the far left wall, i recast sf, then run up the stars to the top, all the dryders will be in a perfect ball, shadowstep into the dryders and slivert them, they will all die 95% of the time. pick up drops. over and over.

Yes you can, Ether nightmare is a Luxon Skill. You can change the Asura Skill for Viper's defense for example, but it will be slower. Other method, faster in my opinion, is to bring Daggers with 20%+ ench, +5 energy and zealous to manage your enregy autoattacking. Then you change the 4th and 7th skill in the build shown in the video, for golden phoenix strike and death blossom. |

You won't be able to perma A/E until you get EotN as one of the required skills (glyph of swiftness) is an EotN skill. (unless you use cons which would not be cost effective for tombs)
You can perma A/Me for farming the first level - which is all you will want to do anyway if you are just wanting to farm (the rest takes too long to make farming worthwhile). But A/Me can not kill worms on levels 2-4. |
